Refund policy
1. General No-Refund Policy At Astha Vision, we are committed to providing exceptional digital education and e-learning resources. Because our platform grants immediate access to digital courses, videos, and study materials upon purchase, all sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.
2. Nature of Digital Content Unlike physical goods, digital content cannot be "returned." Once a course is purchased and access is granted to our proprietary curriculum, the transaction is considered complete. We highly encourage all students to thoroughly review the course details, syllabus, and prerequisites before making a payment through our Razorpay gateway.
3. Course Transfers and Downgrades Purchased courses are linked directly to the registered account and cannot be transferred to another user. Additionally, we do not offer partial refunds for downgrading or switching courses after a purchase has been completed.
4. Technical Issues If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, our support team is ready to help. Please note that an inability to access the platform due to user-end technical issues (such as poor internet connectivity, hardware limitations, or forgotten passwords) does not qualify for a refund. We will work diligently with you to resolve any platform-side access issues.
5. Exception: Duplicate Payments The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the event of an accidental duplicate payment. If a technical glitch during the Razorpay checkout process causes you to be charged twice for the exact same course, please notify us within 48 hours. Once we verify the duplicate transaction in our system, we will initiate a refund for the extra charge to your original method of payment.
